Whenever I use my scaling tool and I wanna make the object smaller, it would refuse to do so. The select handles may become unresponsive, snapping, sticking or only the Marking menu appears. The tool keeps scaling the object on all 3 axis equally. The tranform constraints I don't believe are associated with the move/scale/rotate tools directly.
