Sida training. New Authorized Signatories, serving in the role for the first time, are required to attend the New Authorized Signatory training course per Federal Regulation 49 CFR 1542. Please note that the number of applicants that a company may send to SIDA class is limited to a maximum of 10 employees per day. Training is required under Chapter 49 of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) part 1542 for badged employees requiring access into the SIDA.
